2.Its the most simple thing that each and every youth is enjoying today. LISTENING TO MUSIC.When i say this word everybody says i am a music lover,but the fact is it reduces your stress levels.
3.Watch a COMEDY!! well usually everybody likes watching comedy but the unknown fact inside it is that it boosts up our immune system.
4.SING a SONG(Don't Feel Horrible about your voice!! Don't mind Just Kidding) the hidden fact behind singing is it improves our lymphatic system.
